Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30 day return window. If something is not right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with protective films and packaging intact where possible. Items that show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to start a return
Contact us at sheryllsernaxg@gmail.com or through the Help Centre with your order number and the item you wish to return, and we will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
